Primary Years Program-
Learner Profile Attribute of the Month: Caring
As caring students, we show empathy, compassion, and respect. We have a commitment to service, and we act to make a positive difference in the lives of others and in the world around us.
How can parents help develop caring learners at home?
Model the caring behavior you want to see in your child
Ask your child to name one kind or caring thing they or someone else did today
Smile
Get involved in the community or with community organizations
Read a book and talk about the characters - Were the characters caring? If not, how could they change their actions to be more caring?
